- This is a known issue in cPanel version 11.42.0. The issue is actually upstream with SquirrelMail, however a new version of SquirrelMail has a patch for the issue. 11.42.0 does not have the new SquirrelMail version.
- The issue is that replying or forwarding messages with Latin characters in SquirrelMail results in the entire message not being displayed in the message composition window. The internal case for this is 93025, and has been marked as fixed in cPanel version 11.42.1, though there is no mention of which build will contain the fix.
- Case 93025 will be mentioned in 11.42.1's change log once it has been pushed to a public cPanel build: http://go.cpanel.net/changelog
- For the time being, the only known workaround is to use a different webmail client. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused by this, and hope the fixed is pushed to a public cPanel build soon.
